thank you for your answer...if i cant change it ,can it be reduced from a felony to a misdermeanor ?if i plead guilty..also am i looking at jail time??have never been convicted of a felony ,havent had a run in with the law in 20 years..i cant afford a lawyer so any help you can give me will be app.

have been charged with grand theft 3rd degree,i was told i could change it from criminal court to civil court...and just make a pay off to the owner of the vehicle....it was a junk truck left in my yard for 4 years and i finally got rid of it..a few months later i was arrested for grand...
