    Assault & Battery Is a teacher legally allowed to throw something at a student?

    My teacher has thrown sharpened pencils, doorstoppers, expo markers, folders, and other things. Her students are 12-14. If it's not illegal it should be, it barely missed our heads, and she was 100% aiming for our heads.
