I was served with a 60 day notice to quit as of May 24th 2006 but I believe it was defective. The notice was only nailed to my door, I received NO NOTICE in the mail. i.e"nail and mail" procedure. Has the Civil Procedure Section 1162 changed recently to make this legal or does the notice have...
