In the state of Wyoming can a parent legally charge a child under the age of 18 rent? Also can they make the child pay for food, clothing and other necessities?

In the state of Montana, if a non-custodial parent is granted visitation rights of children under supervision of the parent granted custody...is the custodial parent allowed to not let the non-custodial parent see the children at all?
