My wife is trying to sell our house(going through divorce) without my consent. Her name is on the mortgage & deed, mine is not. I had to sign on the mortgage when she took it out. We were married when we purchased the home.
Do I have to approve of the sale or sign off on the sale at closing...
How does one who is going through divorce able to cash IRS refund check that is made out in both parties name? Can the IRS split the check issuing 2 checks in each name?
Wife doesnt want to sign the check....
