so im in PA, i left work headin down the highway around 80mph. i get behind a black intrepid with pa tags.. he moves over , i go by him.... about 1/4 mile down the road i get behind a nissan truck... the truck moves over and i go by him... shortly after this intrepid has a little red light on...
