Case sorted Hi All sorted my case too today. Got my true figures done to the penny over the weekend and gave them at Walker Morris a call at lunch where we struck a deal. Well worth it and a huge weight of my shoulders. Like kn95 says

Ok so you got the final figure down by stating that x amount did not pay, so many refunds etc and returned items aswell. Maybe they might just be looking at our feedback scores?
