I would like the owners to know how their staff is acting and treating the patrons, not on any horses. Not hold the motel accountable and the reason I came to a legal site is because I don't want to get sued for something I say. And feel free to ban me

I am not looking to sue the business, but I do think it is bullshit the staff did this and I want to hold them accountable.

The door knob was an entire mechanism with a dead bolt built in. But, my key card as well as the other patrons opened the dead bolt from outside.
