IN an NDA contract there is language like this:
1. This NDA shall be governed by laws of State of Delaware and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware.
Or,
2. This NDA shall be governed by laws of State of Delaware.
IN alternative2, no "jurisdiction" is specified. Does that mean...
