Photo was obtained either on Photobucket or Flickr (can't remember, and silly me - did not write it down, which now I know I should have... The same photo as I recall was actually posted on there by several users), and I did read the usage...

I appreciate your response. I suppose they did send what you linked to as a "takedown notice" - I looked at the page you linked to, and all those items were listed in the first letter I received. However, it also included a bill - there was no previous notice before...
