We did and they claimed it takes 6 months to stop it they stopped wage garnishment but send us a payment sheet to pay every month and we call every month and ask but still they make us pay

If I had the money I would BUT even though I have had my son for 7 months I STILL pay child support at almost 500 a month .... Legal told us they didnt have the money to help and we talk to one lawyer and he helped in the beginning and he will answer small questions .... The Judge did tell us...
