I just found out he's being charged with a class 4 felony and intentional damage to property and has court on Tuesday. Please let me know what he could be facing.
Help! my fiance was out parting one nite and ran into the school doors and broke them he didn't go inside but they have him on tape. He admits to doing it and is cooperating in every way. What should he expect when he goes to court? what is the maximum sentence?
