I haven't been back to the house yet to see if there is anything missing your damaged. They only have a weeks notice to my landlord. They new the 30 notice was needed, it was in the contract they signed.
My subtenants are finally leaving, we've had problems, but they broke the contract by not giving the 30 day notice stated in the lease AND they did not tell me, they told MY landlord... AND they asked my landlord NOT to tell me.
What can I do?
army judge, Thanks for all of that info. They are late on rent. Also, we suspect them breaking into our bedroom through an adjoining closet. We took photos.
We have told them it isn't working and she just says "we aren't leaving". It's almost like she's trying to spite us. It's going to have to be forceful.
