Thanks for the help. Couple more questions though. What exactly do you mean by "get a judgement against her"? I am quite unfamiliar with legal terms. And being that she is making all the payments (she has made all the charges as well), what if she suddenly didn't make a payment...
About a 20 months ago, I agreed to help a friend with poor credit by getting a credit card and putting her name on it as a "secondary" card holder. She had numerous income problems and I felt for her. Over that time she managed to run the card up near its max (currently at $11,000 balance)...
