On the registeration is my name and even on the lifetime warranty for the car maintenance in the box it says owner/purchaser you or your and it's jus my name. So yes I'm on the title alone

On the sales tax transaction return it's only my name on that paper but all the other papers that are signed are me and my ex's father

The papers we signed for the car. It shows my x's fathers name and then I'm right under him

I really do appreciate it. On the papers it shows both of us on it but on the registeration it's only my name. He's the first one and then it's me

The registeration acts as a copy of the title because the car is not paid off. Even the dealership Gm and financial advisor stated that. When the car is paid off then I'll get the title but until then the registeration is the title's copy

So if they were to show up anywhere at my jobs and try to take my car what do I do? N how do I attain a copy of my title if that's possible. Would I go to that dealership and ask them?
