Can you drink when you turn 21 if you are probation for underage drinking? My husband is supposed to get off probation for underage drinking in July, but he will be 21 this month. Is he allowed to drink?
I am 18 and my husband will turn 21 next month, we are planning on going out to the bar on his birthday. My question is can he buy me a drink and is it legal for me to drink if I am with him? We live in Ashland County if that helps.
