If i have many of emails and other slander from the internet to where i got slandered, how can I get a lawsuit going or can I even. I am being taunted like crazy in my home town, I need to know what i can do please give some advice. thanks

I have obey the order but the other family has'nt. They are slandering me and my family on the internet on a site called craigslist.org. They are stating my 13 year old son is coming off his school bus...
