    Personal Bankruptcy My Husband is a Federal Correctional Officer can he be fired if we file bankruptcy?

    My husband is a correctional officer, can he be fired if we file bankruptcy? They do a background check every 5 years and he is due for one next year sometime. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
