Thank to everyone for all their help, time & knowldedge. As it stands, I still have not received my final pay and was told it wouldnt be issued until the next pay period which isn't for almost 2 weeks

Not only had my time already been submitted they were aware of my possible termination date beforehand. I was given a written notice 30 days prior that if i didnt get my drivers licence within those 30 days I would lose my job on Oct. 1

I was fired today and didn't receive my final pay. The company is based out of Pennsylvania but I reside in Oregon. I also work in other states as well. What are the laws regarding the states and what are my rights?
