Buy It The landlord is smart! I just lost everything in an apartment fire that wasn't my fault. If something happens you are responsoible for your personal things, not anyone else. It's about 10$$ a month!

i do not have tenants insurance, however my landlord has insurance and once the investigation is complete and IF it shows there were no working detectors or that he was in some way liable i think i should be able to go after his insurance. I just need a lawyer;)
