I haven't closed on the property yet - I do not own it yet - the bank still does.

Of course it says the property is "as-is", but I did not put an offer on a house with two doors kicked in.

I am purchasing a vacant bank-owned (foreclosure) home in Michigan. Two entry doors have been vandalized after my offer was accepted and a purchase agreement was made. What are my legal rights to have the bank (who owns the property) replace the doors before we close?
