ok thank you so much, you have really helped me out.. Also to add to my story, i was very polite with the LP and they didnt really seem to be that upset with me, other than the occasional, "it was just 5 dollars man". They also seemed to joke around with each other to try and get my nerves called.

after reading further into the sheet i was givin it states that the fine can range from 100 to 250. I have a couple of questions. Will this whole ordeal go to any court or police? When, and if i receive a letter and they ask for a settlement, what would be the best forum of payment?
