Hi, My friend got an M.I.P for alcohol a couple weeks ago. Maybe a month before that he got an M.I.P for marijuana, which they are making him only take classes for. If someone goes to court with him for the M.I.P. of alcohol, and takes part of the blame, could his charge be lessened? Or...
