mattw reply the ranger was fedral.i was in the desert on fed property.he ran my record fedrally.they charged me state and my felonies are state.every felon has no gun rights nor do we have voting rights.

why dont you talk to the public defender he is assigned to first to see what they say, before you hire a high priced attorney
