He has no idea where the ex is now. He is not sure which court it was filed in (he will have to call both of them to find that info) since he filed for divorce while he was in the US.

A friend of mine is trying to get a copy of his divorce degree that was filed in Germany. He is a US citizen and has been living in the US. His ex wife is a German National who moved back to Germany years ago. He needs the divorce degree because he is planning on getting married in the US...
