How many PJC's are allowed in No Carolina? My daughter recv'd a ticket in a school zone (45 in a 25 during school hours). She was in an accident 5 yrs ago, and I believe we used it then, but, I thought I heard somewhere that there was one per household allowed every 3(?) years.
