I'm Considering taking out a personal loan from my bank in order to pay for college. Would it be illegal or unwise to take some of the money from that loan and put it into a CD for a period of time so as to lessen the overall amount of interest I will have to pay back to the the bank?

Couldn't I say that I lost control in spite of the fact that I was going the speed limit for that turn. As I said, I had someone with me who did not think I was speeding at all and we observed many others lose control at the exact same spot. Perhaps there was some oil there, I mean...
