ESPN is reporting that the NOS organization and general manager are being investigated for wiretapping opponents' locker rooms. FBI is now involved. What is the formal criminal charge called for electronic eavesdropping? And what other charges could the feds pile on?
Agreed. However, my friend happens to be a member of the minority community and was concerned that he was going to be detained or worse. Since he was behind the yellow tape, what possible charges could the officer been thinking of?
As a personal and professional practice, I like to retain copies of anything that bears my signature. Is there anything that I can do to compel him to produce a copy? a demand letter or some other vehicle?
Traffic accident (rollover) occurred in front of colleague's home. He began taking photos. Officer ordered him to stop - stating that it was a "crime scene" and he cannot take photos.

Landlord and I executed lease. At the time, he made excuses as to why copy could not be provided. He still will not provide.
Others have indicated that it is not a valid lease/contract if each party does not have possession of fully-executed lease.
