I appreciate your replies. Not to sound like an idiot but how do you file a motion? Wouldn't I have to go to court just to file it? Thanks again for your input.

Somewhere I read that a ticket has to be filed within 48 hours of being issued. I called the clerks office and they said the ticket was filed 12 days after issuance. What/How do I get the documentation to use as a defense for immediate dismissal? And does anyone know if this is grounds...
