The account should have been closed when It was paid In Fulland the card cancelled and cut up and sent back in.

credit card was paid in Full on 10/27/07, but now they are sending me additional charges, plus late fee's. I have a copy of the cancelled check they accepted as paid in Full and cut the card up and mailed it back with the final payment. I need to know if I am liable for the aded charges?
