Where can I find information on each states expungement standards? Particually, which states allow your expungement decision to stand when answering the question "Have you ever been convicted of a felony" or "Have you ever been convicted of a felony that was later expunged?"

My question is on expungement records and international travel/international working restrictions. When I was a 12 years old I was convicted of a D felony this was a one time offense and since then I have had my record expunged.
Now I am looking to possibly working abroad but wasn't sure...
