I began work at my current job in December of 2009. I was told upon hire that I get 5 sick days a year, and after 1 year of employment, I would receive 2 weeks paid vacation time. In addition, I was told that if I exceeded the 5 sick days, the employer would "borrow" from the next year's sick...
