OK, now I, for one, am very confused. Straight answer, PLEASE!!! Is the legal advice given to posters such as myself legitimate legal advice from REAL lawyers, or is it not? That is a "yes" or "no" question, folks..........

I am considering building a website which is "targeted," for the lack of a better way of putting it, to those who simply wish to talk to a compassionate, caring person. The website would list a telephone number and a sign-in daily schedule. The sign-in would be for "nicknames" only, for privacy...
