well he cant deny you visits thats for sure, you might be able to get everything opened up and go for custody again, i think a large part of this now though will be where your daughter wants to be. ps i am not a lawyer

DO NOT PUT HIS NAME ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!!! i am in the same situation and trust me it will still be hard but if he isnt on the birth certificate HE HAS TO PAY to get his paternity proven(dna testd are very expensive) this will give you time to figure out exsactly how to go about everything...

I know for a fact because i ran away a lot when i was younger, that if you are over 14 you can choose to live whith whoever you want. police cant make you go home, nobody can. you wouldnt have any authority over your daughters friend other than what she herself would grant you...

I put my girls fathers name on the birth certificate, he was abusive before i was pregnant,and continued right after i was pregnant. I left him. He told me that if i wouldnt get back together whith him, he wanted nothing to do whith me or his daughter. Since then i have heard nothing from him...
