He is on probation for 12 month. He already tested for 1 year and never fail the test only miss ones he overslept but was called the next day. he went in court and the added 4 days of wams. He had test for alcohol and drugs but sometimes only alcohol. That day he was told that it is only alcohol...
He is saying that they only ask for alcohol test that day but they saying that he had 2 test that day and did not take drug test. What can we do to find out the truth. does he have to sign something or how can we prove he is telling the truth
My son went for testing and they told him that he only have to test for alcohol that now now they saying that he refuse the drug test. Does he need to sign something if he refusing and what can we do now. We live in Oakland county Michigan
