As stated by NYclex:
1) you have only one prior conviction for a crime of moral turpitude (which theft is)
2) the conviction was for not more than 6 months in jail
3) the maximum possible sentence for the crime was less than one year
This will be the third one he mentioned.

But it has been 8 year ago since I convicted and I never serve any jail time. From your experience, do I stand any chances?
