The damages were in his rear tire on the passenger and the corner of the front of my car. We got out of our cars and looked at the damages. I told him then that it was his fault. I asked him if he wanted to call the police and he said no then he got in his car and left me standing there.

Hello... In January 2011 I was involved in an accident that was not my fault because the student failed to yeild the right of way. He came across another lane but did not make it to the other in time and I hit him in the rear tire. He did not want the police called to the scene and he left. No...
