My liscense is currently suspended. My drivers liscense expires on Sept 11, 2004. I need a valid id for a cruise that I am taking on Sept 12 and was wondering if I can still get a new drivers liscense issued if mine is suspended? I am not currently driving so all I need it for is a valid ID.
