    Sentencing, Plea Bargains maximum sentence for a Continuance without a finding

    Does anyone know what the maximum sentence for a continuance without a finding in a District Court is? I thought it was 2 1/2 yrs. My boyfriend was given 5 yr. CWOF is this legal? Help...
