I had bought an item on E-bay.ca. The item was sent by UPS. UPS lost the item. I paid 50.00 (US) for insurance on the item. The shipper wants me to pay 100.00 (US) deductible to have the item reshipped. My question is, is it legally my responsibility to pay the deductible on the item...
