We dropped off our 1974 BMW 2002 tii to Washington Auto in MA over 5 years ago. The owner continuously tells us that it will be done, but it is still in pieces. I would like to take the car out of his shop. What are my legal rights? Although it's in pieces, I'd like him to put it back...
