I am Irish and in MFA program on an F1 Visa in New York. I plan to get married in May 2010. I have an option to extend my F1 Visa or to go on to Optional Practical Training (OPT) while I wait for a green card after I'm married. Can I do this?
I would like to be able to go home to see family...
