Just wanted to give update, I had a lot of lawyers consulatations and finally got a lawyer I like, at court they asked if anybody from store was there and nobody was so case got dismissed . and affter 160 days he will file to have even that I was arrested removed. I think its totally worth it...

I do have IL drivers lisence but I did entered US illegal and I am illigal without real posibilities to get legalized , I have no criminal record or anything, the court is in the same police station where they took my fingerpring and release on self bail ( no money, no other peaple involved) I...

Just one more question , if somehow I can try work thing out with store to drop criminal charges , will police still pursue? or lawyer can take care of that , have you heard anything about that ?
