I am a US citizen who is filling for a Fiance Visa for my fiance who lives in Florence, Italy. He is from Senegal and is in Italy illegally. Can I file for a Fiance Visa for him to come directly to the US from Italy? Or does he have to go to Senegal and we need to file for a Fiance...
