Hello everybody...... I have a question my wife was arrested 2 years ago and then she had expungement. We were planing to tavel for vacation will it be a probelm when she re-enters states and what can we do. Her criminal background was none in the state we live in (after the expungemment) Thx.

When I came to states I underwent Clearance at the embassy twice. First one lasted 3 weeks and 2nd one lasted for 3 month. My question is if I left states for vaccation back to my country will I have any problems when I enter states . Iam on H1b and I dont have to go to embassy. Thx
