hello all
I am in NM and have received 3 traffic tickets on 8-1-03. I have plead not guilty and received a pretrial date of 10-8-03. I expect that my trial date will be about 5 weeks or so after that.
This sure doesnt seem like a "speedy trial" to me. Is this typical and if so, why...
