I am in florida. DO you know what the percentage of the punishment being jail time would be. When you say potential what would cause it to happen. I did leave the guy all my infomation and i spoke with the officer and clarified everything that happened. Also there were no injuries

I was given 2 tickets one for causing the accident and the other ofr leaving the scene of an accident. Let me know what the information is that you need. I have to go to court to find out what punishment i will be given. I am trying to get an idea what that will be

Actually I was charged for the accident and with leaving the scene of the accident. SO that is why I am trying to figure out the worst case scenario.
