the guardianship order gave the rights to change beneficiaries. The question in my mind is it was done at the last minute and to enrich the guardians family and also the fact that the order was not signed by the judge.

I was named a the benificiary by a friend about 10-15 yrs ago. last year the friend was in a nursing home. her daughter had her declared incompetent and became guardian allowing her to make changes. changed the benificiary to her family a few days before she passed. can it be challenged...
