My point is that the undisclosed damage to the car, you should consult with an attorney so s/he can review all the paperwork and see if there was misconduct from part of the dealer who sold your brother the car by omitting the prior accident.

Guys, please don't trust people you just met in net.. Most of them are cheaters. I've been scammed too. So now i am afraid to trust those people i met in social networking sites like facebook, myspace and friendster..
uhm.. that is really bad. They will get all your infos in your facebook account. So to be safe on those social networking site don't put all your personal infos there. and don't just enter on any sites that are not safe.
Your situation is very hard. I agree about tpajet said. Those people are not exist. they used different name. That is their way of getting people's money. Be careful there are many scams in craiglists and even in ebay.. That is why i am afraid to purchase online..
That is hard.. Even if you ask the name of the person to his mobile provider they wont give the details to their subscribers because they are protecting their subscribers.
Thank you for sharing this experience to us. It will help us also what to do when we got a call like that. I agree that there are many scams nowadays. I think they are getting their list of clients in net also like yellowpages.
If there are registration fee needed before you can join a site or for example a online job. That is definitely a scam. Always remember that.. Don't pay for those $ they are asking to you before you can join the site.
The best thing that you can do is to report that seller to the ebay.com tell them what happened and then give a bad feedback to that seller so other buyer won't become victims in future.
i sympathize with u , as ur condition is really helpless , let the law do its course . u maintain a low profile and just be ur self , who knows judge may like u and things may end up in ur favor.
