I got a possession of marijuana charge last night i Michigan. 2 years ago i got 2 Minor in Possession of Alcohol chages, would this be the 3 strike rule? And when i go to court should i admit everything or deny? One bag was found but maybe i could play it off as not mine? there was 1 other person
